I designed these sock clips in order to help keep my hand-knitted socks organized and tidy in my sock drawer. Since hand-made socks shouldn't be balled up, because it could stretch them out and is bad for the fiber's memory, I had socks piled up in my sock drawer and the pairs would get separated so I'd have to dig for them. With the sock clips, I am able to roll up or fold up my hand-knit socks and place a clip on them to keep the pairs together, keep my drawer neat, and actually freed up space in the process! Sock Clips are available in a rainbow set of 7, or a multi-colored set of 5. The rainbow set has 7 different colors, as shown in the photos. The multi-colored sets will have 5 different colors. **The socks shown in the photos are not included with the sock clips and are only used to show how the clips work.** Instructions: 1. Pair up your socks 2. Fold the sock from the toe up, like in photos 6 and 7 3. Place the sock clip around the outside of the socks, like in photo 8 These sock clips were designed to fit most hand-knit socks. Because sock yarns and knitting gauge can vary, you may need to fold them 3 or 4 times before placing the clips around the outside of the socks. Thicker socks may need fewer folds, and thinner socks may need an extra fold in order for the sock clip to be snug. You want the clip to be just snug enough on the socks so it doesn't fall off. If you fold the socks too many times so that the bundle is much thicker than the clip's height, it could cause the clip to bend outward and over time may warp it where it doesn't hold thinner socks as well. Please note the shade of the colors might vary slightly due to the occasional variance in hue from one batch of filament to another. These sock clips are 3D printed with PLA filament, which is an environmentally friendly plastic. 3D printing is still a fairly new technology and on a rare occasion there are some tiny imperfections. All sock clips are inspected for quality to ensure they will function properly, and to ensure there are no snags. I guarantee the edges will be smooth and sturdy.
