By A Mystery Man Writer
Description
Apart from his studies abroad, Jack Humphrey spent the greater part of his life in his hometown working as a full-time painter, content painting in and around the St John area. This circa 1936 watercolour scene depicts a derelict wharf at low tide, a distant city outlined in the background, possibly St John.
