On Raya Kuih - by Pamelia Chia - Singapore Noodles
By A Mystery Man Writer
Description
Something I’ve learnt about through the making of our first edition of Seasonings is that there is a whole range of Raya kuih that I’ve never heard of prior. Even though the word kuih/kueh typically refers to sweets, my collaborator on Seasonings Hafi tells me that it can refer to both sweet and savoury bite-sized snacks served during Hari Raya Puasa.
